Requirements:
1. Be at least 21 years of age.
2. Have a valid driver's license.
3. Have no more than 3 moving violations and no major violations (DUI, etc).
4. Have GPS or good knowledge of the Cookeville area.
5. Have an Android or Apple Phone.
6. Have a vehicle that gets a minimum of 20 mpg.
Experienced drivers are not required, but preferred.
